This was my breakfast for quite some time until i was informed by a "Diet Ninja" that it was full of simple Carbs and its not as healthy as i thought it would be!even though the peanut butter was organic and the apple cinnamon jam had no added sugar!
yeah ! Like that's gonna teach me a lesson ! :)
