Second Course: different types of fish, a salmon, a fried fish, veggies

Third Course: Veal with mustard sauce and chips

1st : red berries and meringue

"Michelin star style restaurant without the fuss", so said Khaled who tried Spring restaurant (amongst other restaurants of which I'll post about later) in Paris earlier this month. Spring's young Chef Daniel Rose, offers solely Set Menu's by which Khaled describes as an amazing and inventive menu with an attentive service in a modern, clean, and relaxed atmosphere! Khaled knows of the Chef whilst at school for they, Coincidently, went to the American University of Paris! the set menu seems reasonable with only 64 Euros/person.

10 Hours roasted Lamb - Brown 33, by Mushari

10 hours roasted lamb with thyme, honey and lemon

A foodie pal of mine, who is in Barcelona now; had a "10 hours roasted lamb with thyme, honey and lemon", at the Brown 33 restaurant on Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona and wanted to share this with me. it took him time to explain the cooking process and how tender it was! but it is all simply explained in the dish's title!

basically, It is lamb chunks wrapped with with lamb flank and roasted from the morning to be served at night with a side of potatoes that are boiled with the lamb stock then sautéed. 

I can only imagine how tasty and tender that was!

A friend of mine, who's in Dubai now; just had dinner at La Petite Maison Dubai and wanted to share his experience with me :)

I think he loves the food there more than his mother! :P because he was so poetic describing the Chicken Foie Gras, and because he is going back for dinner with his friends the day after tomorrow! :)
