U.S. Supreme Court declares Tomato a vegetable :) its Not!

Tomato is botanically a fruit, despite a U.S. Supreme Court Ruling in May 10, 1893! :) following a legal controversy at the time with reference to laws imposing duty on vegetables! thats funny :)

Tamarillo (seen below) is from the Tomato family, a very tasty sweet fruit I tried in Bali. the same is available in Sultan Center Shaeb for a wobbling 4.99 KD/Kilo !

Apart from the excellent food and service, Il Ristorante, this outdoor Italian restaurant at The Bulgari Hotel in Bali was a remarkable experience, overlooking a vast shallow pool with perfectly located trees and perfectly dimmed lighting; this place is fit for honeymooners! this is my second time in 4 years, and I would definitely go back for a third time!
