Next time you crave a good, "light", crisp, flaky croissant, i suggest you go to one of the more under rated bakeries in Kuwait; PAUL ! we went there earlier today for a Quick snack/late breakfast before finishing off some errands at the Avenues Mall, and i must say I'm very critical of croissants made any where out of France because most bakeries, no matter how outrageously French their name might sound; make croissants either soggy or greasy or with sponge like consistency!(Ok, that may have sounded a bet far-fetched but nevertheless) PAUL croissants were as close as one can get to the real thing! i ordered one, first bite; ordered a second one right away! it was that good!
and while your at it, get the Raspberry almond tart (seen above) and wash it down with plain black coffee, i ran out of words as to why you should , its just good! trust me!
